Khwaja Arif Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Khwaja Arif Ahmed is a Masters in Commerce from Dhaka University and a Cost and Management Accountant from ICMAB. He involved with the capital market since 1982. Mr. Arif Joined as Investment Portfolio Manager in KHWAJA ABDUL QUDDUS & CO. (a renowned member house of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited) in the year 1982 and worked there till 1992. He is experienced in the field of secondary market operation, management of shares and securities, portfolio management, investment advisory services, fund management and other related services. Later he started Merchant Banking and Issue Management Services since 1992 forming a separate organisation ‘AAA CONSULTANTS & FINANCIAL ADVISERS LTD.'. Within a decade the organisation earned reputation and success in the field. Mr. Arif is working as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the organisation.

Mohammad Ferdous Mazid , Executive Director & COO

Mr. Mohammad Ferdous Mazid is a BBA in Finance & Banking and MBA in Finance from Dhaka University . He is also registered student with the ACCA, UK . He has excellent computer literacy in MS-Word , MS -Excel, Windows 2000 & XP with Graphic design & Multimedia editing. He is an expert on “SPSS & Applied Statistics” and “Productivity management” from ISRT, DU and SCITI under BSCIC respectively. He joined AAA Consultants & Financial Advisers Ltd. as Executive, IPO and performing his job in Issue Management section satisfactorily. He performs the responsibility of preparing Prospectus, Right Offer Documents and different analytical reports and papers of different Financial and Non-financial Institutions and manufacturing organisations in connection with Public Issue. He has also a few articles published in the leading English daily Newspapers on finance and economic related issue.

MOHSIN REZA KHAN, Senior Manager (Accounts & Admin) & Office Secretary

  Mr. Mohsin Reza Khan is a Masters in Commerce from Rajshahi University . He participated in various vital training programme in related field under Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of Dhaka University . He is an Executive member of IBA, Dhaka University . He has long creditable service experience in Corporate Head Quarters and number of large and medium Industrial enterprises under Nationalised Corporation and Private Industrial enterprises in the capacity of Senior Manager, Head of Administration and Accounts and Chief Executive. He is working in AAA Consultants & Financial Advisers Ltd.for last several years as Manager (Accounts & Admn.) & Office Secretary. He dealt with the Public Issue jobs of different Banks, Financial Institutions and manufacturing organisations.

Md. Khalid Hossain , Assistant Manager

Md. Khalid Hossain is a BBA in Finance & Banking and MBA in Banking from Dhaka University . He has excellent computer literacy in MS-Word , MS -Excel, Windows 2000 & XP with Graphic design & Multimedia editing. He has completed certificate courses in “Personnel Management” at Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) under ministry of commerce. He joined AAA Consultants & Financial Advisers Ltd.as an officer, IPO and performing his job in Issue Management section satisfactorily. He performs the responsibility of preparing Prospectus, Right Offer Documents and different analytical reports and papers of different Financial and Non-financial Institutions and manufacturing organisations in connection with Public Issue.
