Mr. Khwaja Arif Ahmed, son of Khwaja Abdul Quddus, is a Masters in Commerce from Dhaka University and a Cost and Management Accountant from ICMAB. He involved with the capital market since 1982. Mr. Arif Joined as Investment Portfolio Manager in KHWAJA ABDUL QUDDUS & CO. (a renowned member house of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited) in the year 1982 and worked there till 1991. He is experienced in the field of secondary market operation, management of shares and securities, portfolio management, investment advisory services, fund management and other related services. Later he started Merchant Banking and Issue Management Services since 1991 forming a separate organisation ‘ AAA CONSULTANTS & FINANCIAL ADVISERS LTD.'. Within a decade the organisation earned reputation and success in the field. Mr. Arif is working as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the organisation. He is also Director of Stock & Bond Limited a sister concern of AAA and a full fledged member of the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.

Mr. Mohammad A. Hafiz is a 6th batch MBA from IBA, Dhaka University . He worked in different industrial organisations in top management level since 1975. Mr. Hafiz is involved in the capital market since 1992 and is working actively in organising portfolio fund, investment counseling and secondary and primary market functions. Mr. Hafiz is experienced in Portfolio fund and Investment management. He is also Director of Stock & Bond Limited a sister concern of AAA and a full fledged member of the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.

Mr. Md. Mustafa is a Masters in Accounting from Dhaka University . Mr. Mustafa joined in Bangladesh General Insurance Co. Ltd. in 1987 and presently working as Deputy General Manager (share and investment). Mr. Mustafa is well versed in the operation of capital market and experienced in the field of share and security management, Investment advisory services and fund management. Mohammad Ferdous Mazid

Mr. Ferdous is a BBA in Finance & Banking and MBA in Finance from Dhaka University . He is also registered with the ACCA, UK . He has long association with the capital market and policy related activity. He has expertise knowledge on fund raising, capital restructuring, dividend policy, corporate governance, regulatory compliances, capital market product development etc. Mr. Ferdous also carry out the role of Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the company. He has various articles published in the leading English daily Newspapers on finance and economic related issue. He also participated in various seminar and training program like training Program for Merchant Bankers Regarding Portfolio Management and Compliance of Securities Rules & Regulations arranged by Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited(DSE), On Future & Options arranged by Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE). Mr. Ferdous also Director of Global Solutions for Investment and Risk Management Limited (GSIRM). He also visited India several times regarding capital market study.
